**高頻疲勞試驗機歷史沿革
Max E. Russenberger,現(xiàn)代諧振式試驗科技之父,及高頻疲勞試驗機的原型機發(fā)明人。
1.在三○年代末期,Max E. Russenberger先生首先接觸到這類的測試技術。後來,他成為儀器公司Alfred J. Amsler &Co.的資深主任工程師,在那裡他*設計諧振式測試系統(tǒng),而獲致了世界性的成就。
2.在1964年,Max E. Russenberger成立了自己的事業(yè)。他新公司Z獨特的目標,在設計和製造動態(tài)材料試驗系統(tǒng)。而其Z主要的產(chǎn)品系列,便是高頻諧振式振動器,換言之,就是諧振式試驗機。
3.後來,之前在Amsler的同事Erwin Muller也加入了公司,成為事業(yè)上的夥伴。而RUMUL這個名稱,便是來自他們名字上的縮寫。
4.在1978年,Roland Berchtold接手公司經(jīng)營。從此,公司正式名稱改為RUSSENBERGER PRUFMASCHINEN AG。但RUMUL的簡稱仍然繼續(xù)沿用。
5.在1989年,公司遷居到Rhinefall附近的Neuhausen,空間比較寬裕的新地點。
諧振式試驗機的概念由Max E. Russenberger在1938年所創(chuàng)立。
在1995 Jurg Berchtold加入公司,負責軟體撰寫及產(chǎn)品開發(fā)
Roland Berchtold成功地改良了先前的系統(tǒng)觀念。目前的結構體在使用上可做泛用型的搭配,為零件測試方面開創(chuàng)了嶄新的契機。
工作原理
1.諧振式試驗機利用動態(tài)荷重重疊於靜態(tài)荷重上,能施加應力於試片或結構上。
2.動態(tài)荷重係由振盪系統(tǒng) 諧振器依自然頻率作動所生成。此一振盪系統(tǒng)包括砝碼及彈簧,而整個結構及測試試片也組成份子之一。
3.在這裡討論的機器一般是使用全共振量;也就是說,操作點是位於共振曲線上的頂點。諧振器事實上是由電磁系統(tǒng)所誘發(fā)。
4.由於共振的結果,功率消耗非常低約20到500瓦特。工作頻率則是在 50 到 600 cps
應用與優(yōu)勢
1.此機器經(jīng)常用於疲勞測試S/N-曲線,或是壞力學上,諸如預裂性或裂紋成長測試。 這是和伺服油壓機種比起來,這種裝備的優(yōu)點。
2.對所有高負荷周期數(shù)的測試來說,諧振式試驗機是Z有利的運用。因為高試驗頻率可以有效縮短試驗時間,降低功率能源的消耗。
3.伺服油壓機種有伺服缸、伺服閥和油壓幫浦,跟它比起來,諧振式試驗機因為有耐磨的結構,並不需要維修保養(yǎng),自然也降低了維修保養(yǎng)上的成本支出。

The resonant testing machine VIBRRO-FORTE is the latest development of RUMUL.
The design of the VIBRO-Forte 500 is based on a strict further development of the resonant system MAGNODYN. An ideal solution has be found to test long shape components like fasteners, reinforcement steel bars, etc.roundflat specimens. The changeable frequency range is between 50160 Hz depending on the stiffness of the specimen. Noteworthy is the low weight of a testing machine at this high capacity.

工作原理及配置

4.       主要技術要求

4.1      工作環(huán)境

         除技術規(guī)格另有規(guī)定外,投標設備應能在以下環(huán)境里*穩(wěn)定地工作。

         電壓:     380V±10%或220V±10%

         頻率:     50Hz±2%

         環(huán)境溫度: 10℃~40℃

         濕度:     ≤90%

4.2      設備主要技術參數(shù)與功能

         總則:試驗設備,可以實現(xiàn)以下相關的測試標準:

         JJG 556-1988 軸向加載疲勞試驗機檢定方法

         HB 5287-1996 金屬材料軸向加載疲勞試驗方法

         GB/T 6395-2000 金屬材料疲勞裂紋擴展速率試驗方法

         GB/T 4161-1984 金屬材料平面應變斷裂韌度KIC試驗方法

         GB/T 2038-1991 金屬材料延性斷裂韌度JIC試驗方法

4.2.1    主機

1)      電源峰值功率: ≤10 KW(含冷卻和高溫裝置等外圍裝置);

2)      應配備相應的UPS不間斷電源;

3)      有效試驗工作空間   寬: >680 mm,深: > 860 mm;

4)      橫梁移動范圍:≥300mm;

★5)     單向zui大拉伸或壓縮靜態(tài)載荷:不小于±100kN;

★6)     zui大拉壓交變載荷:不小于±50kN;

7)      動靜態(tài)加載系統(tǒng),適用于載荷0~100KN力值傳感器應具有*的加速度動態(tài)補償;

★8)     傳感器靜態(tài)精度:載荷范圍內,不大于載荷示值的±0.5%;

★9)     傳感器動態(tài)精度:載荷范圍內,不大于載荷示值的±0.5%;

10)     頻率范圍:50~300Hz  頻率可大于300Hz;

11)     下夾具與上夾具間zui大距離應:不小于700mm;

★12)    上下夾頭同軸度:不超過±10%;

13)     位移測控精度:不大于示值的0.5%。

4.2.2    楔形夾具及附件

         用于室溫下平板及圓形試樣的夾持,應配置相應夾塊保證滿足以下試樣的使用:

1)      平板試樣試樣厚度a: 0.2~20mm;

2)      圓形試樣試樣直徑ф: 2~20mm。

4.2.3    室溫螺紋夾具

1)      用于室溫圓形螺紋接頭試樣;

2)      配置以下規(guī)格的內螺紋接頭以滿足同樣規(guī)格外螺紋試樣的使用:

         M8×1, M11×1, M14×1, M16×1, M22×1, M32×1;

4.2.4    金屬材料疲勞裂紋擴展速率(da/dN)試驗夾具及附件:應滿足如下試樣試驗要求:

         試樣尺寸B(厚)×W(寬)為:20×80mm。

4.2.5    斷裂力學CT(緊湊拉伸)試樣夾具及附件:應滿足如下試樣試驗要求:

         CT(緊湊拉伸)試樣尺寸B(厚)×W(寬)為:12.5×25mm。

4.2.6    應變引伸計及附件

★1)     靜態(tài)精度:不大于示值的±0.5%;

★2)     動態(tài)精度:不大于示值的±1%;

3)      標距長度:25mm;

4)      應變范圍:±10%。

4.2.7    位移型COD規(guī) 引伸計及附件

★1)     動態(tài)精度:不大于示值±0.5%;

2)      數(shù)據(jù)采集速率滿足試驗時的zui大試驗頻率要求;

3)      變形范圍不小于±2.5 mm。

4.2.8    標準高溫裝置

         用于100℃~1200℃金屬的高溫疲勞試驗。

4.2.8.1  加熱爐

1)      采用對開式加熱爐,不銹鋼外殼;

2)      加熱爐在機架空間內安裝方便并留有足夠空間;

3)      加熱爐尺寸范圍:長/寬/高分別為250~400mm/150~300mm/150~300mm;

4)      爐膛內徑≥80mm

★5)     均熱帶長度≥50mm(均熱帶內的溫度波動≤±5℃,溫度梯度≤5℃);

6)      爐殼表面溫度≤室溫+50℃。

4.2.8.2  溫度測控裝置

★1)     溫度測量精度≤±1℃,并且室溫自動冷端溫度補償偏差≤0.50C;

2)      溫度控制精度≤±1℃;

3)      升溫的溫度過沖≤5℃;

4)      獨立的控制面板應簡單明了,可進行手動、自動PID控溫設置;

5)      可由計算機進行控制溫度的設置和實時溫度數(shù)據(jù)的采集和升溫過程圖線顯示。

4.2.8.3  高溫夾具

1)      與加熱爐配套使用,用于高溫下圓形螺紋接頭試樣和板材疲勞試樣;

2)      配置M16內螺紋接頭以滿足同樣規(guī)格外螺紋試樣的使用;

3)      配置相應夾具以滿足厚度0.5~2mm板材試樣的使用;

4)      高溫試驗時,應保證試驗和設備的安全正常進行,如需要進行夾具連接件的冷卻,應具有循環(huán)水冷卻系統(tǒng)。

 

4.3      主要功能

4.3.1    設備的測控及采集系統(tǒng)應具有完整的和功能齊備的相關軟硬附件,具有載荷、位移、應變控制方式;

4.3.2    橫梁位置手動快、慢速調節(jié)功能;

4.3.3    橫梁速度任意設定功能;

4.3.4    試驗時橫梁可適時鎖緊,否則試驗時應有相應的保護設置;

★4.3.5   設備可通過計算機*的應用軟件自動和手動自動控制調節(jié)相關參數(shù),如系統(tǒng)的增益、相位、反饋響應、激勵等參數(shù),以產(chǎn)生*的試驗頻響效果;

4.3.6    由計算機進行閉環(huán)數(shù)字化智能控制和采集,運行于穩(wěn)定的WINDOS/XP平臺,多種控制模式(載荷、位移、應變、函數(shù))在線自動轉換,帶有單獨的遠端控制面板;

4.3.7    軟件應具有自動標定試驗機精度、自動調零、實時顯示力值(應力)、變形量、應變和計算量等動態(tài)信息;

4.3.8    達到預定條件或保護狀態(tài)時,具有自動存儲試驗數(shù)據(jù)并安全停機等功能;

4.3.9    有各種試驗方式斷裂或失效判據(jù)的安全停止以及暫停功能;

4.3.10   測試數(shù)據(jù)及結果應采用單位,并可與其他工程單位自動轉化;

4.3.11   試驗數(shù)據(jù)存儲、檢索及統(tǒng)計分析功能;

4.3.12   試驗數(shù)據(jù)可在*網(wǎng)絡上進行傳輸和共享,并可進行*的遠程測控;

4.3.13   支持用戶自定義公式輸入模式,軟件有在線幫助和版本升級功能;

4.3.14   用戶能根據(jù)測試要求,方便精確設定測試實時的靜態(tài)動態(tài)載荷、位移、循環(huán)次數(shù)、測試頻率及應變量等多個參數(shù),并實時顯示動態(tài)測試數(shù)據(jù)和曲線;

4.3.15   測試軟件可以自動生成測試結果,統(tǒng)計分析的測試報告,自動存儲測試數(shù)據(jù)結果,并能可與相應的第三方數(shù)據(jù)處理應用軟件如EXCEL等傳輸共享;

4.3.16   有緊急制動開關,用于安全控制;

4.3.17   操作采用人機對話方式,界面采用中文或英文。
