為促進正確的采樣、取樣與制樣，保證被檢樣品具有客觀性、均勻性和代表性。由北京礦冶科技集團有限公司主辦，中國礦業(yè)聯(lián)合會、中國分析測試協(xié)會和中國金屬學(xué)會共同協(xié)辦，北礦檢測技術(shù)有限公司、三匠聯(lián)合國際會展(北京)有限公司共同承辦的第九屆世界采樣與混樣大會將登陸中國，于2019年5月6-9日在北京國際會議中心隆重召開。北京礦冶科技集團有限公司總經(jīng)理、黨委副書記、董事韓龍將擔(dān)任大會組委會主席，Ralph Homes與中國工程院院士孫傳堯?qū)⒐餐瑩?dān)任大會顧問，中國工程院院士王海舟將擔(dān)任學(xué)術(shù)委員會主席。本次大會旨在深入探討采樣、制樣和混樣領(lǐng)域前沿學(xué)術(shù)研究成果，分享技術(shù)知識和技術(shù)進展，為國內(nèi)外采樣和混樣領(lǐng)域的認(rèn)證機構(gòu)、終端用戶、相關(guān)服務(wù)企業(yè)以及教育科研單位搭建了非常重要的交流平臺。大會所涉及的相關(guān)領(lǐng)域包括：礦業(yè)、冶金、金屬與合金、制樣、農(nóng)業(yè)、生物、環(huán)保等諸多方面。中國作為全球重要的經(jīng)濟體和制造業(yè)大國，在全球貿(mào)易、生產(chǎn)控制、環(huán)境保護等方面對采制樣技術(shù)都有著巨大的需求。借助本次國際學(xué)術(shù)盛會，必將推動我國采制樣理論的提升和采制樣技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展。
 

　　據(jù)悉，采樣理論是由法國化學(xué)家和統(tǒng)計學(xué)家皮埃爾·莫里斯·基Pierre Maurice Gy創(chuàng)立的 (1924-2015)，Pierre Gy指出，不均勻性是所有采樣誤差產(chǎn)生的根源，他確立了的Pierre Gy公式，并建立了個固體顆粒采樣的理論模型。而后，Gy在此基礎(chǔ)上進而發(fā)展了應(yīng)用更為廣泛的模型，可應(yīng)用于礦業(yè)、冶金、金屬和合金、水泥、食品等多個重要行業(yè)的采樣。
 

　　屆世界采樣與混樣大會(1st World Conference on Sampling and Blending，WCSB1)于2003年在丹麥的埃斯比約舉辦，會議授予Pierre Gy“顆粒材料采樣理論”創(chuàng)始人榮譽，會議全體代表一致通過設(shè)立“Pierre Gy采樣”，并在每屆WCSB會議上授予在采樣學(xué)領(lǐng)域做出杰出貢獻(xiàn)的個人。此后，WCSB每兩年舉辦一次，分別在澳大利亞、巴西、南非、智利、秘魯、法國等國家舉行。
 

　　第九屆世界采樣與混樣大會日程將由12個論壇，包括近50個學(xué)術(shù)報告和1個互動論壇組成。報告均是從國內(nèi)外作者提交的論文中精選而出，經(jīng)過國內(nèi)外作者積極踴躍投稿和國內(nèi)外專家評審，終100篇論文收錄至大會論文集，論文數(shù)為歷屆之。本次盛會聚集了世界采制樣領(lǐng)域的專家、學(xué)者、*企業(yè)和眾多國內(nèi)外參會代表，涵蓋多個相關(guān)領(lǐng)域，包括礦業(yè)、冶金、水泥、食品、制藥、農(nóng)業(yè)和環(huán)保等諸多領(lǐng)域，參會代表人數(shù)突破500人，為歷屆之。屆時，與會專家學(xué)者與代表們將共同交流探討熱點研究方向和實踐應(yīng)用問題，包括金礦、銅礦、鐵礦、鋁土礦等各類礦物及其金屬制品的取制樣標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、取制樣方法和實踐；取制樣在地質(zhì)、環(huán)境、土壤、食品、建材等各領(lǐng)域的研究與實踐；各類先進的取制樣工具、設(shè)備和采樣系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)與應(yīng)用；各類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)物質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品的研制；在線取樣技術(shù)和過程分析技術(shù)與案例；移動產(chǎn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與人工智能等技術(shù)在智能采樣上的應(yīng)用等。
