崗位要求：
Market study to identify growth opportunities and build go-to-market strategy. Implement the strategy to drive DRA new opportunity development projects by working with cross functional teams (sales, BU, marketing, APP, etc.) to achieve growth
· Identify customers’ needs/pains, work with Marcom team to design and implement demand creation programs to create demands and generate leads

ob Requirements：
· Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Engineering or Science is preferred; Additional qualification in Marketing or Business Management would be an advantage.
· Minimum 5 years experience and proven track record in B2B or B2C marketing. Solid experence and proven record in market study and data analysis, and marketing program design and implementation.
· Must have the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, marcom, service, etc.).
· Must exhibit team work commitment and skills with outstanding time management skills
· Self-motivation, confidence, and high energy are required.
· Excellent Chinese writing skills.
· Good English skill.
· Basic bomputor science knowledge would be favorable (Database , CRM system)
