Requirements:
?The candidate must be fluent in English
?A master's degree in a Marketing, Digital Marketing and/or Information Technology
?At least 4 years of experience working in B2B marketing environment
?Knowledge of SEO, SEM and other digital marketing concepts
?Proven experience with: Marketing Automation tools, Baidu, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Content Management Systems, and proficiency with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
?Solid understanding of key metrics that help to measure campaign effectiveness
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and ideas to broad varying audiences
?Excellent project management, planning & problem-solving skills
?Strong sense of urgency and experience in deadline driven roles
?Ability to balance multiple demands and thrive in a collaborative environment - calm under pressure while exuding competence and “can do” attitude
?Ability to mobilize a cross-functional team without direct management responsibilities
?High attention to detail and the ability to effectively quality control test campaigns prior to launch

職位描述:
The Senior Digital Marketing Professional is responsible for leading the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns from concept to successful execution. He/she will collaborate with global and local marketing campaign owners to define the goals and scope of the campaigns, and partner with omni-channel channel specialists as well as technologists, data analysts and external partners to execute and refine campaign activities.
Responsibilities:
?Drive optimization efforts for integrated digital marketing campaigns for APAC region (website, emails, nurtures, SEO/SEM, social media, paid search etc.)
?Evaluate APAC campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities, promote clear and timely decision-making
?Assist with the development of APAC Search Engine Marketing (SEM) programs and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including manage relations with the vendors and or agency partners
?Assist with e-mail marketing activities to develop, implement and manage an email delivery strategy and production and advise on best practices
?Manage prospects database (segmentation/data quality maintenance) in Marketing Automation platform (Oracle Eloqua)
?Manage digital marketing campaign activity tracking and communication, e.g. plans, resources, budget and status.
?Manage business stakeholder expectations and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships
?Define APAC solution requirements and identify trends and opportunities to optimize performance based on these insights. Research and recommend digital marketing products and services.
?Collaborate with cross-functional to drive business objectives (e.g. cooperate with Marketing Operations to deliver regular campaign performance reporting to key stakeholders and provide recommendations for future improvements)
?Influence key stakeholders to drive decisions that maximize opportunities and create alignment
?Contribute to establishing and evolving process standards and practices – defining and facilitating the implementation of best practices, new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure campaign success
