經(jīng)驗(yàn)及技能要求 Experience and skill needed
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,物理,機(jī)械,光學(xué),電子,材料,半導(dǎo)體等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Bachelor degree or above, majors in physics, mechanics, optics, electronics, materials, semiconductors or related discipline.
2. 英語四級(jí)以上,英語讀寫流利、口語流利,電腦操作熟練。
CET-4 or above, good command of written and spoken English, and proficient in computer operation.
3. 熟悉儀器設(shè)備行業(yè)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng),有相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),了解主流行業(yè)技術(shù)。
Familiar with the market of our instrument and equipment industry, have the corresponding sales experience, and have knowledge on the mainstream industry technology.
4. 表達(dá)能力強(qiáng),具備較強(qiáng)的客戶溝通能力和較高的商務(wù)處理能力。
Strong presentation and communication skill, problem solving ability.
5. 有兩年以上儀器設(shè)備銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
At least two years of Sales experience in instrument and equipment is preferred.
6. 熟悉半導(dǎo)體,光通訊,光電子,顯示等行業(yè)客戶群者優(yōu)先。
Familiar with customers in semiconductor, optical communication, optoelectronics, display and other industries is preferred.
7. 熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)科研院校,研究院,研究所客戶者優(yōu)先。
Familiar with local scientific research institutions, research institutes, and research institute customers are preferred.
8 有半導(dǎo)體儀器設(shè)備的使用,維護(hù)或技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Experience in the use, maintenance or technology of semiconductor equipment are preferred.
職位描述:
1. 負(fù)責(zé)已有客戶的跟進(jìn)和聯(lián)絡(luò),拜訪和維護(hù),深挖客戶需求。
Responsible for the follow-up and contact, visit and maintenance of existing customers, and dig deep into customer needs.
2. 對(duì)行業(yè)客戶進(jìn)行梳理,總結(jié),與上級(jí)和產(chǎn)品部門報(bào)告客戶需求與行業(yè)信息。
Sort out and summarize the industry’s customers, and report customer’s needs and industry information with superiors and the related departments.
3. 根據(jù)客戶需求與產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況,每月與公司內(nèi)部探討、分析和策劃營(yíng)銷方案。
According to the customer’s needs and product competition status, discuss, analyze and make marketing plans with the company on a monthly basis.
4. 負(fù)責(zé)與客戶的基本技術(shù)交流,提供產(chǎn)品技術(shù)咨詢和技術(shù)方案。
Responsible for basic technical information sharing with customers, and to provide product technical consultation and technical solutions.
5. 跟進(jìn)銷售進(jìn)度,對(duì)客戶訂單負(fù)責(zé),對(duì)季度和年度考核負(fù)責(zé)。
Follow up the sales progress and customer orders, and be responsible for quarterly and annual assessments.
