經(jīng)驗(yàn)及技能要求 Experience and skill needed
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,物理、機(jī)械、光學(xué)、電子、材料、半導(dǎo)體等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Bachelor degree or above, majors in physics, mechanics, optics, electronics, materials, semiconductors or related discipline.
2. 英語(yǔ)四級(jí)以上,英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)流利,具備工作口語(yǔ)能力,電腦操作熟練。
CET-4 or above, good command of written and spoken English, and proficient in computer operation.
3. 熟悉儀器設(shè)備行業(yè)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng),有相應(yīng)產(chǎn)品維修經(jīng)驗(yàn),能跟進(jìn)了解主流行業(yè)技術(shù)。
Familiar with the market of our instrument and equipment industry, have the corresponding product maintenance experience, and have knowledge on the mainstream industry technology.
4. 具備較強(qiáng)的客戶溝通能力和較高的業(yè)務(wù)處理能力,具備設(shè)備故障的分析及判斷能力。
Strong communication skill and problem-solving ability, capable to analyze the problem and provide solution.
5. 有兩年以上儀器設(shè)備維修維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
At least 2 years of experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
6. 熟悉半導(dǎo)體、光通訊、光電子、顯示等行業(yè)客戶群者優(yōu)先。
Familiar with customers in semiconductor, optical communication, optoelectronics, display and other industries is preferred.
7. 有半導(dǎo)體儀器設(shè)備的使用,維護(hù)或技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Experience in the use, maintenance or technology of semiconductor equipment are preferred.
職位描述:
1. 提供對(duì)公司銷售的儀器設(shè)備的安裝、調(diào)試、維護(hù)、培訓(xùn)等。
Provide services to company’s customers, e.g. installation, debugging, maintenance, training, etc.
2. 受理客戶電話技術(shù)咨詢,為客戶提供技術(shù)問(wèn)題分析、探討及應(yīng)用解決方案。
Handle customer telephone enquiries, provide customers with technical support and solutions.
3. 到客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行問(wèn)題排查和維修服務(wù)。
Visit customer site for troubleshooting and maintenance services.
4. 學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)品工藝技術(shù),協(xié)助銷售同事做好儀器設(shè)備的售前工作。
Learn product technology and coordinate with sales department to ensure a smooth and quality execution for the business growth of the company in great details.
5. 協(xié)作完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其它工作。
Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
