徐州賽弗安防科技提供的盛漏托盤專業(yè)用于化學(xué)品原料桶的防漏存儲(chǔ)，新型加高設(shè)計(jì)，儲(chǔ)存的泄漏量更大，尤其適用于腐蝕性化學(xué)品的原料倉庫、化學(xué)品臨時(shí)倉庫進(jìn)行化學(xué)品儲(chǔ)存分裝使用。該系列產(chǎn)品具有以下特性：
*盛漏托盤整體采用無縫隙結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，防漏結(jié)構(gòu)*通過測(cè)試，*避免泄漏的發(fā)生；
*主體材質(zhì)：線性低密度聚乙烯，具有良好地耐酸堿腐蝕的材質(zhì)，杜絕化學(xué)品泄漏時(shí)所可能產(chǎn)生的危害，可在戶外使用； 
*當(dāng)出現(xiàn)泄漏時(shí)，所有液體將會(huì)沿托盤格柵自動(dòng)注入托盤盛漏區(qū)域內(nèi)，不會(huì)污染現(xiàn)場環(huán)境； 
*雙叉車插口便于搬運(yùn)； 
*導(dǎo)液口設(shè)計(jì)，方便集中清理泄露液體；
*盛漏托盤有不同型號(hào)可供您選擇，便于您合理規(guī)劃化學(xué)品或?qū)瘜W(xué)品倉庫進(jìn)行整改時(shí)使用；
*提醒您：當(dāng)現(xiàn)場發(fā)生化學(xué)品泄漏時(shí)，如果泄漏的液體全部集中于托盤內(nèi)部，請(qǐng)專業(yè)人員即時(shí)清理；如果泄漏的區(qū)域出現(xiàn)擴(kuò)散，請(qǐng)專業(yè)人員使用相對(duì)應(yīng)的化學(xué)品吸咐產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行及時(shí)堵漏及吸收。美國環(huán)境保護(hù)署對(duì)盛漏托盤制定了嚴(yán)格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn) EPA 40 CFR 264.175。
（a） Container storage areas must have a containment system that is designed and operated in accordance with paragraph （b） of this section, except as otherwise provided by paragraph （c） of this section.

（b） A containment system must be designed and operated as follows:

until the collected material is detected and removed;

（2） The base must be sloped or the containment system must be otherwise
designed and operated to drain and remove liquids resulting from leaks,
spills, or precipitation, unless the containers are elevated or are otherwise
protected from contact with accumulated liquids;
（2） 底座必須可以傾斜或者有可以排出盛漏液體的設(shè)計(jì)。除非容器本身有加高設(shè)計(jì)或禁止接觸
盛漏液體。
（3） The containment system must have sufficient capacity to contain 10%
of the volume of containers or the volume of the largest container, whichever
is greater. Containers that do not contain free liquids need not be considered
in this determination;
（3）堵漏設(shè)備必須有足夠的容量來儲(chǔ)存所有容器的10%或單個(gè)zui大容器的泄漏物。如果容器未裝液體則不在此范疇。
（4） Run-on into the containment system must be prevented unless the collection
CHENGLIN has sufficient excess capacity in addition to that required in
paragraph （b）（3） of this section to contain any run-on which might enter the
system; and
（4）堵漏設(shè)備必須可以替換，除非此堵漏設(shè)備本身容量充分滿足 （b）（3）中的要求。
（5） Spilled or leaked waste and accumulated precipitation must be removed
from the sump or collection area in as timely a manner as is necessary to prevent
overflow of the collection system. 
[Comment: If the collected material is a hazardous waste under part 261 of this Chapter,
it must be managed as a hazardous waste in accordance with all applicable requirements
of parts 262 through 266 of this chapter. If the collected material is discharged
through a point source to waters of the United States, it is subject to the requirements
of section 402 of the Clean Water Act, as amended.]

（c） Storage areas that store containers holding only wastes that do not contain free liquids need not have a containment system defined by paragraph （b） of this section, except as provided by paragraph （d） of this section or provided that:
（c）儲(chǔ)存區(qū)域容器中如果只是廢棄物并非液體，則無需（b）中提到的堵漏設(shè)備。除非如 （d） 中情形：
（1） The storage area is sloped or is otherwise designed and operated to
drain and remove liquid resulting from precipitation, or

accumulated liquid.

（d） Storage areas that store containers holding the wastes listed below
that do not contain free liquids must have a containment system defined by
paragraph （b） of this section:
