標準腐蝕試片（銅片）符合GB5096《石油產(chǎn)品銅片腐蝕試驗法》國家標準、GB466《銅分類》中Cu2（2號銅），純度大于99.9%。

標準腐蝕試片（銅片）規(guī)格:長75mm×寬12.5mm×厚1.5-3.0mm。

標準腐蝕試片材質有A3、20＃、不銹鋼、黃銅、紫銅、鋁、鑄鐵、鎳試片等

試片保存、使用方法：
1. 將標準腐蝕試片在蒸餾水中用脫脂擦洗一遍，再用蒸餾水沖洗15秒鐘；
2. 將標準腐蝕試片在化學純無水乙醇（50ml/每10片）中用脫脂擦洗兩遍；3. 標準腐蝕試片（測腐蝕掛片）置干燥濾紙上，冷風吹干；
4. 標準腐蝕試片用濾紙包好，置干燥器中，24小時后稱重待用；
5. 原封裝的試片置無腐蝕性氣體處，防潮存放；
6. 已啟封而未用完的標準腐蝕試片仍置于防銹紙內，放在干燥器中。

4 standard corrosion test piece with filter bag, the dryer, 24 hours after weighing the stand-by;
Specimen 5 original package is non corrosive gases, moisture storage;
Standard corrosion 6 has been opened and the unused specimens are still in the antirust paper inside, put in dryer.
