【GA49H脈沖式安全閥】概述：
    GA49H脈沖式安全閥主要用于電站鍋爐、壓力容器、減溫減壓裝置等設(shè)備，防止壓力超過允許zui高壓力值，保證設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行。
    GA49H pulse valve is mainly used in power station boilers, pressure vessels, temperature and pressure reduction devices and other equipment, to prevent the pressure exceeds the allowable maximum pressure to ensure the safe operation of equipment.
【GA49H】原理：

    通過杠桿和重錘來平衡閥瓣的壓力，使閥門保證密封；移動(dòng)重錘的位置和改變重錘的重量來達(dá)到要求的起跳壓力。
    By balancing valve flap lever and hammer to pressure, the valve to ensure sealing; moving and changing the position of the hammer hammer weight to achieve the required pressure off.
【GA49H】結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)：

    密封面用鐵基鉻鎳不銹鋼堆焊而成，閥瓣經(jīng)熱處理，提高了耐磨性和抗沖蝕性；上部帶有開啟和關(guān)閉的電磁鐵，機(jī)械和電器動(dòng)作互不干擾。

【GA49H】使用說明：
1、GA49H應(yīng)與A49H-4型主安全閥配套使用。
1, GA49H pulse valve should A49H-4 type main valve supporting.
2、安裝時(shí)應(yīng)嚴(yán)格垂直，杠桿應(yīng)保持水平，與導(dǎo)向叉兩側(cè)面間隙必須均勻。

3、安裝之前，應(yīng)將管路沖洗干凈。

4、引出管與主安全閥的入口管之間應(yīng)保持一定較長的距離，電接點(diǎn)壓力表和主安全閥入口管之間的距離，不得小于5倍主安全閥入口管徑，以免主安全閥動(dòng)作時(shí)，因排汽影響電接點(diǎn)壓力表和脈沖安全閥工作的正確性。
