一、電氣強(qiáng)度測(cè)定儀概述

    采用立式箱體結(jié)構(gòu)，極大的節(jié)省試驗(yàn)室內(nèi)占地空間，地腳采用滑輪結(jié)構(gòu)，方便移動(dòng)和擺放，避免同類(lèi)廠家生產(chǎn)的臥式設(shè)備，安放時(shí)需要另配安裝臺(tái)的情況，占地空間大，移動(dòng)不方便等缺點(diǎn)。

    主要適用于固體絕緣材料如：塑料薄膜、樹(shù)脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣油、絕緣漆、紙板等介質(zhì)在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸?qiáng)度和耐電壓時(shí)間的測(cè)試；介電強(qiáng)度測(cè)試儀采用計(jì)算機(jī)控制，試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中可在線觀察試驗(yàn)曲線；自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)試驗(yàn)條件及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果等數(shù)據(jù)，并可存取、顯示、打印。

四、試驗(yàn)軟件：

1、本儀器在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中可對(duì)升壓擊穿過(guò)程繪制實(shí)時(shí)曲線，每次試驗(yàn)的升壓曲線都由不同顏色構(gòu)成，試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后可疊加對(duì)比材料的試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)重復(fù)性。

2、可以隨時(shí)調(diào)取當(dāng)前及歷史試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行查看，編輯及修改參數(shù)。

3、試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中可以隨時(shí)修改試驗(yàn)條件及存儲(chǔ)路徑及自動(dòng)存儲(chǔ)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

4、試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中，可隨時(shí)通過(guò)軟件決定本次試驗(yàn)是否有效，方便篩選試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。

5、可設(shè)置操作口令，做到專(zhuān)機(jī)專(zhuān)人操作，避免無(wú)關(guān)人員誤操作。

七、注意事項(xiàng)：

1、儀器安裝時(shí)應(yīng)具有獨(dú)立的接地線。

2、在開(kāi)機(jī)前，操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。

3、儀器不能在有強(qiáng)烈腐蝕性氣體及有顆粒雜質(zhì)的氣體環(huán)境中使用。

4、試驗(yàn)環(huán)境溫度15度到25度之間，相對(duì)濕度60％到70％之間

5、試樣擊穿瞬間有火花產(chǎn)生并伴有聲響，屬正?，F(xiàn)象。

6、每次更換試樣或接觸高壓電極時(shí)必須用高壓放電棒對(duì)高壓電極進(jìn)行放電，放電時(shí)間5秒以上。

7、每次進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)前，必須檢查儀器接地。
