原理：
本試劑盒是利用間接競(jìng)爭(zhēng)酶聯(lián)免疫吸附微孔模式進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，靈敏度可達(dá)5µg/kg（ppb）。樣品或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品中游離的玉米赤霉烯酮與包被的抗原競(jìng)爭(zhēng)結(jié)合游離抗體上的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)，再加入酶標(biāo)二抗，洗去未結(jié)合的酶標(biāo)二抗之后加入顯色劑，其與酶標(biāo)物作用而成藍(lán)色，加入反應(yīng)終止液后顏色由藍(lán)色轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)辄S色，黃色越深則表明玉米赤霉烯酮越少，用酶標(biāo)儀在450 nm處測(cè)定光吸收值可準(zhǔn)確定量檢測(cè)樣品中的玉米赤霉烯酮的污染水平。
