IC693CPU364輸入信號(hào)分別為水流指示器、水壓檢測(cè)和手動(dòng)輸入。其中水壓檢測(cè)和手動(dòng)輸入各占兩點(diǎn)。水流指示器的結(jié)構(gòu)原理為：在水管內(nèi)安裝一個(gè)帶杠桿的橡皮擋板，杠桿一端連接一個(gè)微動(dòng)開關(guān)。如果管道內(nèi)有水流流動(dòng)，水流就沖開橡皮擋板，其杠桿推動(dòng)微動(dòng)開關(guān)，使觸點(diǎn)的狀態(tài)發(fā)生變化。水壓采用電接點(diǎn)壓力表進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。一般情況下如前述四臺(tái)泵循環(huán)試機(jī)運(yùn)行。一旦發(fā)生火警，打開消防噴淋頭或者消防水槍，水流指示器的常開觸點(diǎn)閉合，或者按動(dòng)消防啟動(dòng)按鈕，水泵即逐臺(tái)按照水壓要求啟動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。實(shí)際工作中，若*臺(tái)水泵投入后水壓達(dá)不到所需壓力，壓力表低壓檢測(cè)觸點(diǎn)斷開，第二臺(tái)水泵自動(dòng)投入運(yùn)行。
