顯微鏡操作流程：

1）顯微鏡屬于精密儀器，操作時要小心，盡量避免突然和劇烈震動。

2）不要在陽光直射、高溫或高濕、多塵、以及容易受到強烈震動的地方使用顯微鏡。

3）只能用張力調(diào)節(jié)環(huán)來調(diào)節(jié)粗調(diào)焦旋鈕的張力。

4）移動顯微鏡時，要用一只手小心托起顯微鏡架，另一只手抓住顯微鏡背面的凹型把手。

顯微鏡觀察步驟：

1 打開電源。

2、轉(zhuǎn)動顯微鏡物鏡轉(zhuǎn)換器，體視顯微鏡用低倍物鏡進入顯微鏡光路，物鏡轉(zhuǎn)換器停留在聽見咯噔聲的位置即為位置。

3、將預先制作好的標準片放在載物臺上，并用標本夾固定好。

4、轉(zhuǎn)動X軸旋鈕和Y軸旋鈕，將標本移進光路，即眼睛從觀察筒中能觀察到清晰的圖像。

根據(jù)需要可以適當調(diào)節(jié)目鏡筒的瞳距，并根據(jù)需要調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)焦手輪以達到合適的倍數(shù)。

5、調(diào)節(jié)的同時可以調(diào)節(jié)亮度調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕，以達到合適的圖片質(zhì)量。

6、不斷調(diào)整上述步驟，開始觀察。

7、觀察結(jié)束，調(diào)低亮度，切斷電源

The SMZ745/745T boasts a 7.5x zoom that incorporates the Greenough optical system. The zoom range of 0.67x to 5x provides a broad observation range.

The SMZ745T incorporates an optical path switching lever that enables easy switchover between eyepiece and camera. A Nikon Digital Sight series camera can be attached.
