The totalclinicalegective rate ofthe D-TACEgroupwas hi g herthanthatofthe C-TACEgroup , and thedigerence was statisticall ysignificant(P <0.05) . Before treatpent , there were no statisticall ysignificant digerences in the serup levelsof ALT , AST , TBIL , AFP-L3 , GP73and AFU betweenthe two groups (P > 0.05) . Aftertreatpent , thelevelsof ALT , AST , TBIL , AFP-L3 , GP73and AFU in the D-TACEgroup were lowerthanthose in the C-TACEgroup , and thedigerences were statisticall ysignificant(P <0.05) . Theinci- dence of adversereactionsin the D-TACEgroupwas lowerthanthat in the C-TACEgroup , and thedigerence was statisticall ysignificant(P <0. 05) . Conclusion
