精密激光打孔機(jī)的操作方法:  

1.開機(jī)準(zhǔn)備:  

-確認(rèn)電源連接正常,激光打孔機(jī)處于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)。  

-檢查激光器冷卻系統(tǒng)是否正常,確保冷卻液充足并無泄漏。  

-清理工作臺(tái)和激光頭區(qū)域,確保無雜物,避免影響操作。  

2.軟件設(shè)置:  

-啟動(dòng)激光打孔機(jī)控制軟件,設(shè)置激光功率、打孔頻率、激光束的焦點(diǎn)位置等參數(shù)。  

-根據(jù)工件的材質(zhì)、厚度和所需孔徑,調(diào)整相應(yīng)的激光打孔參數(shù)。  

-加載CAD或其他圖形文件,檢查路徑和定位精度。  

3.工作臺(tái)設(shè)置:  

-將工件固定在工作臺(tái)上,確保其穩(wěn)固性。  

-如果工件有較大厚度或不平整,應(yīng)適當(dāng)調(diào)整焦距。  

-設(shè)置好激光頭的高度,確保激光頭與工件表面平行。  

4.激光打孔操作:

-打孔完成后,立即停止激光打孔機(jī)的工作,關(guān)閉激光束。  

-清理工作臺(tái),檢查設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。  

精密激光打孔機(jī)的維護(hù)注意事項(xiàng):  

1.定期檢查激光器:  

-激光器是設(shè)備的核心部件,需定期檢查其功率輸出,避免激光衰減。

-檢查傳送帶、工作臺(tái)的穩(wěn)定性,避免發(fā)生晃動(dòng)或卡頓。  

5.安全防護(hù):
