注意事項(xiàng)
1、 微生物菌種應(yīng)保藏于低溫、清潔和干燥的地方，室溫放置時(shí)間過長(zhǎng)會(huì)導(dǎo)致菌種衰退；
2、 菌種操作應(yīng)在無菌條件下進(jìn)行，防止雜菌污染；
3、 斜面菌種保藏時(shí)間通常為3-6個(gè)月，應(yīng)根據(jù)菌種狀況及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)接；凍干菌種保藏時(shí)間通常為2-15年；
