電熱鼓風(fēng)干燥箱是由我公司技術(shù)小組多年研究，是國(guó)內(nèi)均勻性*良的干燥箱。本設(shè)備適用于各種產(chǎn)品或材料及電氣、儀器、儀表、元器件、電子、電工及汽車、航空、通訊、塑膠、機(jī)械、化工、食品、五金工具在恒溫環(huán)境條件下作干燥和各種恒溫適應(yīng)性試驗(yàn)。

恒溫干燥箱 高溫干燥箱箱體結(jié)構(gòu)：
1）本設(shè)備由室體、加熱系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、保護(hù)系統(tǒng)等組成。
2）箱體采用*設(shè)備制作、業(yè)內(nèi)工藝制造流程、線條流暢，美觀大方。
3）工作室材質(zhì)為不銹鋼SUS304材質(zhì)，外箱材質(zhì)為優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋鋼板，產(chǎn)品外殼采用環(huán)保金屬漆噴制，整體設(shè)計(jì)美觀大方，適合實(shí)驗(yàn)室的顏色搭配。
4）工作室內(nèi)擱架可隨用戶的要求任意調(diào)節(jié)高度以及擱架的數(shù)量。
5）工作室與外箱之間的保溫材料為優(yōu)質(zhì)超細(xì)玻璃纖維保溫棉，保溫層厚度：＞70mm, 隔溫效果好，國(guó)內(nèi)*，高性能的絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)。從里到外有內(nèi)腔、內(nèi)殼、超細(xì)玻璃纖維、鋁制反射鋁箔片、空氣夾層，內(nèi)膽熱量損失少。內(nèi)膽外箱及門膽結(jié)構(gòu)*，*減少了內(nèi)腔熱量的外傳。
6）門與門框之間采用高性能密封材料及*的橡膠密封結(jié)構(gòu)，密封、耐高溫性、抗老化性好。
7）箱內(nèi)風(fēng)道采用雙循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，不銹鋼多翼式離心風(fēng)輪及循環(huán)風(fēng)道組成，置于箱體背部的電加熱器熱量通過(guò)側(cè)面風(fēng)道向前排出，經(jīng)過(guò)干燥物后再被背部的離心風(fēng)輪吸入，形成合理的風(fēng)道，能使熱空氣充分對(duì)流，使箱內(nèi)溫度zui大限度達(dá)到均勻。提高了空氣流量加熱的能力，大幅改善了干燥箱的溫度均勻性。
8）加熱器用不銹鋼電加熱管，升溫快，壽命長(zhǎng)。

采用國(guó)內(nèi)“上海亞泰”溫度控制器（目前市場(chǎng)上性價(jià)比的儀表），產(chǎn)品采用綜合的電磁兼容設(shè)計(jì)和人性化的菜單設(shè)計(jì)，使得設(shè)備操作*傻瓜化，控溫效果。雙屏高亮度寬視窗數(shù)字顯示，示值清晰、直觀。微電腦智能控制，設(shè)定溫度后，儀表自行控制加熱功率，并顯示加熱狀態(tài)，控溫精確而穩(wěn)定。超溫報(bào)警并自動(dòng)切斷加熱電源。有定時(shí)功能，定時(shí)時(shí)間zui長(zhǎng)達(dá)9999分鐘。

3）無(wú)紙記錄儀，可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)設(shè)備溫度進(jìn)行單色曲線、棒圖、數(shù)字、混合、追憶、報(bào)警等顯示，進(jìn)行集中顯示、存儲(chǔ)、打印、管理、分析，USB接口，記錄間隔：1秒---1分，存儲(chǔ)空間:zui長(zhǎng)記錄可達(dá)半年以上。作為普通有紙記錄儀的更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品。
4）配RS-485接口，可連接計(jì)算機(jī)和記錄儀，實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控工作狀態(tài)。
5）溫度測(cè)試孔，可實(shí)現(xiàn)不同測(cè)試線或儀器插入設(shè)備工作室內(nèi)進(jìn)行各種試驗(yàn)，測(cè)試孔孔徑有￠25、￠50、￠80可選。
6）載物托架，設(shè)備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置是2個(gè)載物托架，客戶可以根據(jù)具體要求增配托架數(shù)量。
