ELC-800 UV/VISIBLE Light Ultra High IntensitySpot-Cure Microprocessor-Based Control System

The ELC-800 provides greater than 8W/cm ² of UV energy at 365nm. When interfaced with a remote PC, screen instructions guide the operator through sequences of dedicated commands, including input for user password, product identification, date and time of production run, all necessary for process validation. Information is compiled and made available by downloading data to a PC for printout or disk storage. Features such as lamp ignition, lamp ready signal, complete exposure control, can be controlled by a remote PC. Easy to read LCD display features lamp ignition, lamp ready, lamp life hour meter, exposure time, UV output by means of a built-in radiometer, lamp replacement notice, and overheat conditions.
