一、原    理：
將裝置好試樣試驗(yàn)夾具置於上下兩壓盤之間，然后施予規(guī)定之速度，下壓盤向上壓縮試驗(yàn)時(shí)，上壓盤上端的荷重元即感受到壓力，并將壓力轉(zhuǎn)換成電壓訊號(hào)輸給顯示器解析，同時(shí)壓力值顯示于力量顯示屏上。
二、使用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：本儀器之設(shè)計(jì)符合 TAPPI-T472，JIS-P8126，GB/T2679.9等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。
三、特點(diǎn)：本機(jī)以高精度傳感器感應(yīng)，經(jīng)軟體解析以數(shù)字顯示出試樣強(qiáng)度。
四、用途：
4.1、環(huán)壓用于厚度在1mm以下之瓦楞芯紙及牛皮紙等。試樣152X12.7mm置于環(huán)狀之容器內(nèi)，以本機(jī)檢驗(yàn)其直立方向之耐壓強(qiáng)度。
4.2、邊壓用于厚度在8mm以下之瓦楞紙，試樣100X25mm置于100X100mm壓板下用兩塊導(dǎo)塊固定，以本機(jī)檢驗(yàn)其直立方向之豎壓強(qiáng)度。
4.3、配合各種附件使用，并可測(cè)試紙板之膠合強(qiáng)度及平壓強(qiáng)度。

六、結(jié)果判定：
   6.1、分別計(jì)算縱橫向力的平圴值
   6.2、計(jì)算環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度:R=F/L
式中:R—環(huán)壓強(qiáng)度,kN/m
F—試樣破壞時(shí)力量zui大值,N
L—試樣長(zhǎng)度,mm
6.3、計(jì)算出邊壓強(qiáng)度公式：R=F×103÷L
式中:R—邊壓強(qiáng)度單位N/m；
            F—試樣承受zui大壓力N；
            L—試樣長(zhǎng)邊尺寸mm。
邊壓強(qiáng)度的單位是N/m，而試樣的長(zhǎng)邊尺寸為100mm，這就需要進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理。首先把100mm
轉(zhuǎn)換為0.1m，按上述公式計(jì)算。假設(shè)測(cè)試中試樣承受的zui大壓力算術(shù)平均值為680N，經(jīng)過數(shù)據(jù)處理就是：680N/0.1m=6800N/m
那么，按上述公式列出，該試樣的邊壓強(qiáng)度值為：6.80 X 103N/m
瓦楞紙板的邊壓強(qiáng)度直接影響瓦楞紙箱的支撐強(qiáng)度。而瓦楞紙板的生產(chǎn)工藝，瓦楞紙板的結(jié)構(gòu)、楞形、粘合劑的質(zhì)量等因素都能影響瓦楞紙板的邊壓強(qiáng)度。
  6.4、計(jì)算出粘合強(qiáng)度公式：P=F/L
式中:P—粘合強(qiáng)度，單位N/m；
           F—試樣全部分離時(shí)所需的zui大壓力，N；
          L—試樣長(zhǎng)邊尺寸，mm
6.5、計(jì)算出平壓強(qiáng)度公式：X=F÷A
      式中:X—平壓強(qiáng)度單位千帕
           F—zui大壓力，千牛頓
          A—試驗(yàn)面積，平方米
