Serum. Also used in human saliva (see published refs). Other fluids not optimized.
SpCrossreactivity
The specificity of LH ELISA kit was determined by measuring interference from high concentrations of hFSH (up to 200 mIU/ml), hTSH (up to 50 uIU/ml), and hCG (25 mIU/ml). These hormones produced color intensity equal to 5, 2.5, and 16 mIU/ml, respectively. Human LH ELISA kit species crossreactivity with LH from other species (mouse, rat, and monkey) has not been established.

TMB (substrate), H2SO4 (1% in a buffered stop solution), and Prolcin-300 (0.1% v/v in standards, sample diluent and HRP-conjugates
