Ficoll-Paque PREMIUM products are a range of sterile, ready-to-use density gradient media for the preparation of mononuclear cells.

• Sterile, ready to use reagents used to prepare mononuclear cell preparations from peripheral blood, bone marrow, and umbilical cord blood by density gradient centrifugation.
• Manufactured under a Quality Management System certified to ISO 13485:2012.
• Low levels of endotoxin (< 0.12 EU/ml) secured and tested.
• Cytotoxicity grade 0.
• A Regulatory Support File (RSF) is available for products.

products are based on Ficoll-Paque PLUS (see Ficoll-Paque PLUS) which has been used for more than 30 yr as a sterile density medium for the isolation of high yields of mononuclear cells from bone marrow, peripheral blood, and cord blood. All products differ from Ficoll-Paque PLUS in that they are manufactured under a Quality Management System certified to ISO 13485:2012.

Optimized for the isolation of mononuclear cells from human peripheral blood, bone marrow, and umbilical cord blood.
