SFY-100 Plastic Fast Moisture Meter

II. Introduction of the Product:
Guanya Brand Plastic Fast Moisture Meter is the most advanced new plastic fast moisture meter studied and developed by Guanya Company in light of crack, bubbling and shrinking caused by much moisture in raw materials in the control of production, injection molding and moulding technology in current plastic industry, which has no moveable parts outside and needs not to set measuring sample and time. Germany advanced technology is introduced in the weighing system so as to avoid instability and easy aging of domestic magnetic sensor. The heating system applies halogen heat device with humane operation so that experimenters can operate it without special training. Its date is shown in Chinese and the measurement result is visible and accurate. Instant printing function can be operated by a key; standard 232 interface and exclusive software can realize on-line operation; data is collected, analyzed, stored and printed at real time. At present, it has been extensively applied to produce various raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products in the plastic industry; for example, polyethylene （PE）, polypropylene （PP）, polrvinyl chloride（PVC）, polystyrene （PS）, ABS resin （acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer）, polyamide （PA）（called nylon usually）, makrolon （PC）, polyformaldehyde （POM）, modified polyphenylene oxide, thermoplasticity （PET）, polyphenylene sulfide （PPS）, liquid crystal polymer LCP, polyether-ether-ketone （PEEL）, polyether ketone （PEK）, polyether sulfone （PES）, PETG, engineering plastics – polysulfone （PSF）, particles, auxiliaries, master batch, wooden plastic and wood flour and so on.
