一個偶然的機(jī)會，KM Formenbau在展會上看到了m&h在機(jī)測量方案的演示，立即決定訂購一臺配有m&h測頭的機(jī)器?，F(xiàn)在公司的機(jī)床測頭已經(jīng)全部更換為m&h品牌的機(jī)床測頭。這對m&h來說是輕而易舉的，他們的測頭可以和其它廠家的紅外接收器無縫兼容。

KM Formenbau工廠安裝了一套m&h在機(jī)測量軟件3D Form Control,自安裝以來，該軟件在KM Formenbau工廠運(yùn)行良好，沒有出現(xiàn)任何問題。一套3D Form Inspect軟件支持了現(xiàn)場的四臺機(jī)床，并共享了所有的測量程序。在實際測量開始之前，軟件會根據(jù)用戶使用測頭角度的不同，自動生成校驗程序并執(zhí)行（已獲保護(hù)）。當(dāng)然，用戶也可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況，直接進(jìn)行工件測量。通常，測量前實施校驗是必需的，尤其是對于高精度測量來說。此種方法可以有效補(bǔ)償機(jī)床熱影響和旋轉(zhuǎn)軸系統(tǒng)誤差的影響。補(bǔ)償后的測量結(jié)果可以和三坐標(biāo)測量機(jī)（CMM）的測量結(jié)果保持*。
