Consistency of HEK293 Cell Growth in Gibco® FBS: HEK293 cells were grown in DMEM basal medium （Gibco SKU 10564） supplemented with 10% Certified FBS （Gibco SKU 16000） and 1% NEAA （Gibco SKU 11140）. Cells were seeded at 5,000 cells/well in 100 µL medium in a 96-well plate （n=4 wells/data point） and cultured at 37°C, 5% CO2. Cell growth was assessed by Alamar Blue at days 2, 3, and 4 post-seeding for each cell passage. Data represent mean ± standard deviation.
