SeaPrep™ Agarose是一種特殊的“軟瓊脂糖”，具有超低的凝膠溫度和熔化溫度，使得其在多種技術領域有特殊的操作用途，包括分子生物和細胞生物領域。 SeaPrep™ Agarose作為培養(yǎng)基特別適用于雜種細胞克隆，能夠產(chǎn)生柔軟，透明的凝膠。SeaPrep™ Agarose也可用于擴增cDNA質(zhì)粒庫。超低熔點瓊脂糖可以減少由于不同復制率所引起的低豐度克隆丟失的可能性。

SeaPrep™ Agarose英文簡述：
SeaPrep™ Agarose is a specialty "soft agarose" product with ultralow gelling and melting temperature properties that make it valuable for many techniques involving biomolecules. SeaPrep™ Agarose is an excellent medium for hybridoma cloning and produces soft, clear gels. SeaPrep™ Agarose can be used to expand cDNA plasmid libraries in a strictly representative fashion, decreasing the possibility that less abundant clones vanish during amplification due to differential rates of replication.

LONZA 12-725F UltraCULTURE? Serum-free Medium is a complete, allpurpose medium designed for the c*tion of a wide variety of adherent and non-adherent mammalian cell types. UltraCULTURE? Medium can be used to support fusion of cells during hybridoma formation, growth of monocyte, macrophage, epithelial, and fibroblastic cell lines, and generation of virus particles for vaccine production. The medium is supplemented with recombinant human insulin, bovine transferrin, and a purified mixture of bovine serum proteins. The total protein concentration of UltraCULTURE? Medium is approximay 3 mg/ml. UltraCULTURE? Medium can be supplemented with Cryoprotective Medium (Cat. No. 12-132A) to cryopreserve cells in a serum-free environment. UltraCULTURE? Medium does not contain L-glutamine; please add 5 ml of 200 mM L-glutamine solution (Cat. Nos. 17-605 or 17-905) prior to use.
The formulation for UltraCULTURE? Medium has been submitted to the FDA as a Master File. Permission to crossreference the Master File may be obtained by contacting the Regulatory Affairs Department.
