受體家族有 FRα、FRβ、FRγ和 FRδ四種亞型，分別由 FOLR1、FOLR2、FOLR3 和 FOLR4 編碼。FOLR1 是 FRα（受體α）的編碼基因，F(xiàn)Rɑ可以與及其衍生物結(jié) 合，并將 5-甲基四氫轉(zhuǎn)運到細(xì)胞中，癌細(xì)胞中 FRα表達(dá)上調(diào)與 FOLR1 的表達(dá)特性密 切相關(guān)。FOLR1 表達(dá)通常限于肺、脈絡(luò)叢的上皮表面，但在多種實體瘤中過表達(dá)，如卵巢 癌、非小細(xì)胞肺癌、乳腺癌、腎癌、高密度骨肉瘤。 | |
