IEPE是指一種自帶電量放大器或電壓放大器的加速度傳感器。IEPE是壓電集成電路的縮寫。因?yàn)橛杉铀俣葌鞲衅鳟a(chǎn)生的電量是很小的，因此傳感器產(chǎn)生的電信號(hào)很容易受到噪聲干擾，需要用靈敏的電子器件對(duì)其進(jìn)行放大和信號(hào)調(diào)理。IEPE中集成了靈敏的電子器件使其盡量靠近傳感器以保證更好的抗噪聲性并更容易封裝。
美國(guó)Dytran的3006A是一款防潮型加速度傳感器/振動(dòng)傳感器，靈敏度高，自帶電量放大器。
The Dytran 3006A is a moisture resistant, high sensitivity single axis IEPE accelerometer with an overall weight of 12 grams.
Featuring a stainless steel construction, 100 mV/g sensitivity, 10-32 mounting hole and low noise JFET electronics, the Dytran model 3006A incorporates a 10-foot integral cable with a splash-proof boot at the point of sensor and cable connection. The cable-to-accelerometer boot seal makes it possible for the sensor to be temporarily submerged during testing. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments, and case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.
