加速度傳感器中有一種是三軸加速度傳感器，同樣的它是基于加速度的基本原理去實現(xiàn)工作的，加速度是個空間矢量，一方面，要準確了解物體的運動狀態(tài)，必須測得其三個坐標軸上的分量；另一方面，在預先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應用三軸加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。由于三軸加速度傳感器也是基于重力原理的，因此用三軸加速度傳感器可以實現(xiàn)雙軸正負90度或雙軸0-360度的傾角，通過校正后期精度要高于雙軸加速度傳感器大于測量角度為60度的情況。三軸加速度傳感器的好處就是在預先不知道物體運動方向的場合下，只有應用三維加速度傳感器來檢測加速度信號。三維加速度傳感器具有體積小和重量輕特點，可以測量空間加速度，能夠全面準確反映物體的運動性質。
美國Dytran的3273A1是一款微型三軸IEPE加速度傳感器/振動傳感器，壓電式工作原理，重量4g，頻響低至0.5Hz，自帶4針徑向連接器和黏貼安裝設計，應對超高濕度和多塵工作環(huán)境。
The Dytran 3273A1 is a miniature triaxial IEPE accelerometer with a low end frequency response of 0.5 Hz, for excellent phase response at low frequencies and excellent signal-to-noise ratio.
Available with a 10 mV/g sensitivity, the Dytran model 3273A1 features ceramic sensing elements coupled with ultra low noise JFET electronics, packaged in a robust laser welded titanium housing with an industry standard 4-pin radial connector and adhesive mounting capabilities. Units are hermetically sealed for reliable operation in high humidity and dirty environments.
