Recombinant human BRD3 (Bromodomain containing 3, also known as RING3L), encompassing amino acids 29-417 corresponding to bromodomains 1 and 2. This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag. A short peptide linker placed between GST and the protein includes a PreScission Protease Cleavage Site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
