      非布司他適應(yīng)癥及作用機(jī)理:非布司他主要成份為非布佐司他,其化學(xué)名為2-[(3-氰基-4-異丁氧基)苯基]-4-甲基-5-噻唑羧酸。為黃嘌呤氧化酶(XO)抑制劑,適用于具有痛風(fēng)癥狀的高尿酸血癥的長期治療。非布佐司他是黃嘌呤氧化酶抑制劑,通過減少血清尿酸達(dá)到療效。本品在治療濃度下不會(huì)抑制嘌呤和嘧啶的合成及代謝過程中的其他酶。
