軸向柱塞泵(英文名:Piston pump)
是活塞或柱塞的往復(fù)運(yùn)動方向與缸體中心軸平行的柱塞泵。
軸向柱塞泵利用與傳動軸平行的柱塞在柱塞孔內(nèi)往復(fù)運(yùn)動所
產(chǎn)生的容積變化來進(jìn)行工作的。由于柱塞和柱塞孔都是圓形零件,
加工時可以達(dá)到很高的精度配合,因此容積效率高。
柱塞泵是液壓系統(tǒng)的一個重要裝置。
它依靠柱塞在缸體中往復(fù)運(yùn)動,
使密封工作容腔的容積發(fā)生變化來實現(xiàn)吸油、壓油。
柱塞泵具有額定壓力高、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、效率高和流量
調(diào)節(jié)方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),被廣泛應(yīng)用于高壓、大流量和流量
需要調(diào)節(jié)的場合,諸如液壓機(jī)、工程機(jī)械和船舶中。
液壓柱塞泵靠氣壓供油的液壓油箱,
在每次啟動機(jī)器后,必須等液壓漬箱達(dá)
到使用氣壓后,才能操作機(jī)械。直軸斜
盤式柱塞泵分為壓力供油型的自吸油型
兩種。壓力供油型液壓泵大都采用有氣
壓的油箱,也有液壓泵本身帶有補(bǔ)油分
泵向液壓泵進(jìn)油口提供壓力油的。
自吸油型液壓泵的自吸油能力很強(qiáng),無需外力供油。
柱塞泵柱塞往復(fù)運(yùn)動總行程L是不變的,
由凸輪的升程決定。柱塞每循環(huán)的供油
量大小取決于供油行程,供油行程不受
凸輪軸控制是可變的。供油開始時刻不
隨供油行程的變化而變化。轉(zhuǎn)動柱塞可
改變供油終了時刻,從而改變供油量。
柱塞泵工作時,在噴油泵凸輪軸上的凸
輪與柱塞彈簧的作用下,迫使柱塞作上、
下往復(fù)運(yùn)動,從而完成泵油任務(wù),泵油
過程可分為以下三個階段。當(dāng)凸輪的凸起部分轉(zhuǎn)過去后,
在彈簧力的作用下,柱塞向下運(yùn)動,
柱塞上部空間(稱為泵油室)產(chǎn)生真空度,
當(dāng)柱塞上端面把柱塞套上的進(jìn)油孔打開后,
充滿在油泵上體油道內(nèi)的柴油經(jīng)油孔進(jìn)入
泵油室,柱塞運(yùn)動到下止點(diǎn),進(jìn)油結(jié)束
柱塞向上供油,當(dāng)上行到柱塞上的斜槽
(停供邊)與套筒上的回油孔相通時,
泵油室低壓油路便與柱塞頭部的中孔和
徑向孔及斜槽溝通,油壓驟然下降,
出油閥在彈簧力的作用下迅速關(guān)閉,
停止供油。此后柱塞還要上行,
當(dāng)凸輪的凸起部分轉(zhuǎn)過去后,
在彈簧的作用下,柱塞又下行。
此時便開始了下一個循環(huán)。
柱塞泵以一個柱塞為原理介,
一個柱塞泵上有兩個單向閥,
并且方向相反,柱塞向一個方向
運(yùn)動時缸內(nèi)出現(xiàn)負(fù)壓,這時一個
單向閥打開液體被吸入缸內(nèi),
柱塞向另一個方向運(yùn)動時,
將液體壓縮后另一個單向閥被打開,
被吸入缸內(nèi)的液體被排出。
這種工作方式連續(xù)運(yùn)動后就形成了連續(xù)供油 。
柱塞泵zui重要的部件是軸承,
如果軸承出現(xiàn)游隙,則不能
保證液壓泵內(nèi)部三對磨擦副的
正常間隙,同時也會破壞各
磨擦副的靜液壓支承油膜厚度,
降低柱塞泵軸承的使用壽命。
據(jù)液壓泵制造廠提供的資料,
軸承的平均使用壽命為10000h,
超過此值就需要更換新口。
拆卸下來的軸承,沒有專業(yè)
檢測儀器是無法檢測出軸承的
游隙的,只能采用目測,
如發(fā)現(xiàn)滾柱表面有劃痕或變色,
就必須更換
的英文字母和型號,柱塞泵軸承
大都采用大載荷容量軸承,
購買原廠家,原規(guī)格的產(chǎn)品,
如果更換另一種品牌,應(yīng)請教對軸承
有經(jīng)驗的人員查表對換,目的是保持
軸承的精度等級和載荷容量。
