SiR650-BG是一種深紅色近紅外熒光染料，具有良好的生物相容性，在保留羅丹明熒光染料化學(xué)性質(zhì)的同時(shí)，滿足了近紅外熒光檢測(cè)的要求。同時(shí)相對(duì)于傳統(tǒng)的近紅外菁染料，硅基羅丹明具有較好的光穩(wěn)定性，在生物成像時(shí)能夠獲得穩(wěn)定持久的熒光信號(hào)，能夠應(yīng)用于長(zhǎng)時(shí)間熒光成像進(jìn)程。
SiR650-BG is a dark red near-infrared fluorescent dye with good biocompatibility. It can meet the requirements of near-infrared fluorescence detection while retaining the chemical properties of rhodamine fluorescent dye. At the same time, compared with traditional near-infrared cyanine dyes, silicon rhodamine has better light stability, and can obtain stable and lasting fluorescence signals in biological imaging, which can be applied to the long-term fluorescence imaging process.
