什么是InVivo SIM™ 生物仿制藥抗體？
Bio X Cell InVivo SIM™ 生物仿制藥抗體是研究級生物仿制藥單克隆抗體。每種生物仿制藥抗體均采用重組技術(shù)生產(chǎn)，并包含與原藥相同的可變區(qū)序列。
生物仿制藥抗體使得研究藥物的生物效應(yīng)成為可能，而無需采購昂貴的醫(yī)藥級治療藥物。它們可用于許多研究應(yīng)用，包括功能測定、流式細(xì)胞術(shù)、ELISA、免疫組織化學(xué)、藥代動力學(xué)測定等。
InVivo SIM™ 生物仿制藥抗體的純度和體內(nèi)配方與 Bio X Cell 相同。我們的生物仿制藥抗體具超純，不含防腐劑、穩(wěn)定劑和載體蛋白，非常適合體內(nèi)應(yīng)用，包括人源化小鼠模型中的藥效研究。
InVivo SIM™ 生物仿制藥抗體功能
純度每批產(chǎn)品均使用 SDS-PAGE 進(jìn)行純度 QC 測試，并且不含防腐劑、穩(wěn)定劑和載體蛋白。
結(jié)合驗證每批InVivo SIM™ 產(chǎn)品均通過免疫印跡驗證抗原結(jié)合。
超低內(nèi)毒素水平每個批次的內(nèi)毒素水平均經(jīng)過 QC 測試。我們的InVivo SIM™ 生物仿制藥抗體≤ 1EU/mg。如果需要內(nèi)毒素水平低于 1EU/mg，請聯(lián)系技術(shù)支持討論您的需求。
無病原體每批InVivo SIM™ 產(chǎn)品均經(jīng)過全面的鼠類病原體篩查。結(jié)果詳細(xì)記錄在特定產(chǎn)品的數(shù)據(jù)表中，以幫助您遵守 IACUC 和動物設(shè)施的要求。
低蛋白質(zhì)聚集每批InVivo SIM™ 產(chǎn)品均經(jīng)過聚集水平 QC 測試，并保證低于總蛋白質(zhì)的 5%。
InVivo SIM™ 生物仿制藥抗體僅供研究用途 (RUO)，不可用于治療用途。
