內(nèi)燃叉車作業(yè)安全操作規(guī)程

Safe operation

1、駕駛員必須經(jīng)過勞動部門的專業(yè)培訓持證上崗；

Professional license is necessary for operators

2、檢查燃油或加注以及電瓶檢查時不可吸煙或近明火；
Any sources of ignition are not allowed during fuel checking, refueling and battery checking.

3、門架前傾時嚴禁提升；

Uplifting mast is not allowed when the mast is in the forward position.

4、嚴禁載人行車，駕駛室內(nèi)不得乘坐他人，嚴禁貨叉升起時下面站人。
Trucks must not carry passengers, nobody must stand under the forks at any time.

5、嚴禁超載或偏載：嚴禁行駛中升降貨叉；
Overloading or unbalanced loads are not permitted, forks must not be lifted when the vehicle is in motion.

6、嚴禁急剎車或急轉彎，轉彎或超車時需打轉向燈、鳴喇叭。
No sudden braking, turning; when turning or overtaking use the indicator lights and sound the horn.
7、嚴禁故障車輛作業(yè)。
Broken trucks must not be used.

8、按要求穿戴防護用品，安全帽要系上帽帶
All relevant personal protective equipment must be worn at all times of operation.

日常保養(yǎng)

Daily maintenance

1、檢查發(fā)動機油油位；
Check the level of the engine oil
2、按時清潔空氣濾芯；
Check the air intake filters.
3、添加燃油應確保清潔無水；
Make sure there is no water in the tank and that the tank is clean before refueling.
4、注意冷卻水位；
Check the cooling water level.
5、發(fā)動機散熱器應保持清潔；
The cooling machine must be always kept clean
6、按時加注潤滑油脂（各油嘴）；
Lubricate every oilmouth regularly.
7、應保持各液壓桿的清潔，防止生銹；
Keep the hydraulic pipes clean and check for rusting.

8、注意齒輪油油位。

Check the gear oil level.

1、出車前必須先檢查；

Safety check before operating.

2、行駛中遇前面有人應在5 m以外發(fā)出信號；
Give signals to people standing within 5m of the front of the truck
3、廠內(nèi)行駛速度不超過15 km/h，廠門、電梯、拐彎、人多、通道狹窄等其它復雜區(qū)域時時速不超過10 km/h；
Trucks driving speed should be less than 15kph when driving inside the factory grounds and should be less than 10kph when passing the gate, elevators, people. Narrow passages and other complicated road areas.
4、行車時貨物低點離地應在0.3~0.4 m；
The clearance between lifted objects and the ground should be between 0.3-0.4 metres when the vehicle is in motion.
5、轉彎不得過急，防止“自由轉彎”的傾向；
Avoid sudden turning.
6、上下坡應緩慢而均速運行，不得在坡道上轉彎；
Drive slowly when the truck is moving up or down a gradient. No turning is allowed whilst on a gradient.
7、不得橫跨坡度行駛，當坡度大于10 %時，下坡應倒車行駛；
Never drive across a gradient, when the gradient is greater than 10% reverse the truck to descend.
8、叉車人員載運貨物前行時，如遇大型或笨重貨物去當駕駛員視線時，應采取倒車行使
When lifting objects large enough to obstruct the drivers view the truck must be reversed.

1、不超載，貨物要捆綁好，物上不準站人；不準駕駛員用濕手、油手開車。
Never overload always tighten the objects to be lifted, never allow people to stand on top of the objects to be lifted. The driver should always operate the steering wheel with clean and dry hands.
2、不準單叉作業(yè)。
Never operate with only 1 fork.
3、不準將貨物升高長距離行駛。
Never drive long distance with a raised load.
4、不準用貨叉挑翻貨盤的方法取貨。
Never use the fork to overturn the pallet.
5、不準用貨叉直接鏟運化學藥品、易燃品等?；?
The fork should never be allowed to touch chemicals or flammable products directly.
