電熱鼓風干燥箱是由我公司技術小組多年研究，是國內(nèi)均勻性*良的干燥箱。本設備適用于各種產(chǎn)品或材料及電氣、儀器、儀表、元器件、電子、電工及汽車、航空、通訊、塑膠、機械、化工、食品、五金工具在恒溫環(huán)境條件下作干燥和各種恒溫適應性試驗。

溫度測控系統(tǒng)：
采用國內(nèi)“上海亞泰”溫度控制器（目前市場上性價比的儀表），產(chǎn)品采用綜合的電磁兼容設計和人性化的菜單設計，使得設備操作*傻瓜化，控溫效果。雙屏高亮度寬視窗數(shù)字顯示，示值清晰、直觀。微電腦智能控制，設定溫度后，儀表自行控制加熱功率，并顯示加熱狀態(tài)，控溫精確而穩(wěn)定。超溫報警并自動切斷加熱電源。有定時功能，定時時間zui長達9999分鐘。

Performance Feature:

Adopts originated domestic streamline arc design, the outer is made of cold rolled steel plate, the surface is static lacquered;

各系統(tǒng)配置及技術說明：

箱體結構：
1）本設備由室體、加熱系統(tǒng)、電氣控制系統(tǒng)、送風系統(tǒng)、保護系統(tǒng)等組成。
2）箱體采用*設備制作、業(yè)內(nèi)工藝制造流程、線條流暢，美觀大方。
3）工作室材質(zhì)為不銹鋼SUS304材質(zhì)，外箱材質(zhì)為優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋鋼板，產(chǎn)品外殼采用環(huán)保金屬漆噴制，整體設計美觀大方，適合實驗室的顏色搭配。
4）工作室內(nèi)擱架可隨用戶的要求任意調(diào)節(jié)高度以及擱架的數(shù)量。
5）工作室與外箱之間的保溫材料為優(yōu)質(zhì)超細玻璃纖維保溫棉，保溫層厚度：＞70mm, 隔溫效果好，國內(nèi)*，高性能的絕緣結構。從里到外有內(nèi)腔、內(nèi)殼、超細玻璃纖維、鋁制反射鋁箔片、空氣夾層，內(nèi)膽熱量損失少。內(nèi)膽外箱及門膽結構*，*減少了內(nèi)腔熱量的外傳。
6）門與門框之間采用高性能密封材料及*的橡膠密封結構，密封、耐高溫性、抗老化性好。
7）箱內(nèi)風道采用雙循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，不銹鋼多翼式離心風輪及循環(huán)風道組成，置于箱體背部的電加熱器熱量通過側面風道向前排出，經(jīng)過干燥物后再被背部的離心風輪吸入，形成合理的風道，能使熱空氣充分對流，使箱內(nèi)溫度zui大限度達到均勻。提高了空氣流量加熱的能力，大幅改善了干燥箱的溫度均勻性。
8）加熱器用不銹鋼電加熱管，升溫快，壽命長。

1）可編程液晶控制器，可實現(xiàn)升溫速率可調(diào)和保溫時間可調(diào)，zui多18段可編程。
2）獨立限溫控制器，可實現(xiàn)在主控制器失靈后設備升溫過高的情況下立即切斷加熱。
3）無紙記錄儀，可實現(xiàn)對設備溫度進行單色曲線、棒圖、數(shù)字、混合、追憶、報警等顯示，進行集中顯示、存儲、打印、管理、分析，USB接口，記錄間隔：1秒---1分，存儲空間:zui長記錄可達半年以上。作為普通有紙記錄儀的更新?lián)Q代產(chǎn)品。
4）配RS-485接口，可連接計算機和記錄儀，實現(xiàn)實時監(jiān)控工作狀態(tài)。
5）溫度測試孔，可實現(xiàn)不同測試線或儀器插入設備工作室內(nèi)進行各種試驗，測試孔孔徑有￠25、￠50、￠80可選。
6）載物托架，設備標準配置是2個載物托架，客戶可以根據(jù)具體要求增配托架數(shù)量。
