ELISpot Plus:小鼠IL-4(ALP)性能驗(yàn)證：

小鼠脾細(xì)胞（每孔20萬(wàn)細(xì)胞）在有或無(wú)刀豆蛋白A（ConA）的條件下孵育過(guò)夜，通過(guò)ELISpot實(shí)驗(yàn)分析分泌IL-4的細(xì)胞數(shù)量。
