Introduction:
DDT is an enzyme that catayzes the tautomerization of D-dopachrome to give 5,6-dihydroxyindole （DHI）. DDT is part of the family of lyases, specifically the carboxy-lyases, which cleave carbon-carbon bonds. DDT shares a homologous amino acid sequence （33% identical） with MIF and has similar tautomerase activity. DDT functions a proinflammatory cytokine. 

Description:
DDT Recombinant E.coli produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 138 amino acids （1-118 a.a.） and having a molecular mass of 14.8 kDa. The DDT is fused to 20 amino acid His-Tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Stability:
DDT Human although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.

Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
